Our temporary employees are carefully interviewed and their skills and preferences are matched to your requirements and corporate culture. We are responsible for all employer obligations for the employee, including payroll administration and all applicable State and Federal taxes. We are responsible for all Federal and State reporting as well as worker's compensation and unemployment claims management.

Hiring Options:
Contract/Temporary positions can last one day, one month, one year or indefinitely. These professionals are on our payroll and are assigned to your firm on a temporary basis. With contract positions, you control the costs and you only pay for the expertise you need.
Contract-to-hire positions are a great way for you to evaluate employees before you make them a direct member of your company. In this case, the employee starts out as a contractor but after a specific period of time may become a permanent member of your team.
Direct-hire positions are perfect for companies that wish to hire people but don't have the resources to source, screen and qualify applicants. With the Direct-hire option, Penn Technical Staffing does all of these things for you. Remember, there is no fee unless and until the candidate actually begins employment.
